Spice maybe 4-5 but builds on you. Ordered w/ Pork & rice noodles. It was hard to taste the subtle flavors so hard to describe. Needed salt or just some flavor to stand out. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Tuna is ground, not whole. Tuna is super fresh though. The ground tuna & rice get a little lost while chewing & most of your texture comes from the seaweed wrapper. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Never tried Thread Cake. Cake was super moist & fluffy. Icing was like a more dense whipped cream, so amazing. Threads had definite texture on tongue but melted away quickly. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Fish was very fresh, great texture, & good flavor. Gave it an 8 because Hamachi on the whole isn’t my favorite especially when compared to the Tuna or Salmon. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Better than most. I really like the subtle smokey flavor. The seaweed & tofu are complimentary. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

I like Green Tea. Tea was strong! Cake was super moist, nice crumb, and light almost like sponge cake. Icing was so creamy & delicious. Not too heavy & clean finish on tongue. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Add a squeeze of lime to up the acidity a bit & these are perfect. Great for sharing or your whole meal. Beware though, they are messy to eat, juice drips everywhere. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Quite a tasty upgrade to the more standard Shrimp Tempura Roll. Spicy Tuna was really good addition. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)
