Beef was just a bit dry which distracted from the dish. Sauce was ok but the beef being a bit dry really diminished the overall enjoyment. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Enjoyed the fresh cabbage and veggies. The turmeric sauce is very good and ties all the flavors together. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Chicken was definitely fall-off-the-bone moist. Sauce was rich with lots of great spices. A little hard to eat with just Injera though. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Lamb was just a bit dry. Sauce was good but didn't quite shine like some others. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Pillow-like but spongy, slightly sour, and very moist. Perfect for dipping, scooping, and sopping up all the great offerings. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)
