Probably would have been a 10 if I had gone w/ gut & gotten burnt end fatty or lean, just love that salty bark & overcooked fall apart stuff. Flavor here is simple & delicious.

Flavor was good. But whole Blackberries in ice cream isn't great b/c lots of seeds in your teeth. Also, ice cream had ice crystals as if the ice cream thawed & re-froze.

Wonderful carnitas. Pork was slow roasted, rich w/ rendered fat, & salty. Ask for limes. Server brought a Tomatillo(?) & mild green Bell Pepper(?) sauce that paired perfectly.

Thick corn chips, bright salsa, good notes, not really any heat, def made for the local pallets. Fresh cilantro in salsa was annoying but avoidable.
