I like Green Tea. Tea was strong! Cake was super moist, nice crumb, and light almost like sponge cake. Icing was so creamy & delicious. Not too heavy & clean finish on tongue.

Never tried Thread Cake. Cake was super moist & fluffy. Icing was like a more dense whipped cream, so amazing. Threads had definite texture on tongue but melted away quickly.

Ok, if you love coffee, then you’ll LOVE this! So silky smooth, creamy & oh so rich, & that Espresso is not decaf so you get a nice kick afterwards. Wow, just WOW!

Outstanding. Really fresh, texture was tender with just a touch more body than the Maguro (Blue Fin Tuna). Beautiful color too. Just all around great.

Fish was very fresh, great texture, & good flavor. Gave it an 8 because Hamachi on the whole isn’t my favorite especially when compared to the Tuna or Salmon.

Spice maybe 4-5 but builds on you. Ordered w/ Pork & rice noodles. It was hard to taste the subtle flavors so hard to describe. Needed salt or just some flavor to stand out.
