Strong flavor of jalapeños & not much else. Not salty or sour, just blended jalapeños. Heat level 7-8 maybe.

Frosting is a whipped cream base so light and airy. Cupcake was very moist. I could have used a little more chocolate coming through but overall, quite tasty.

Very pretty & love the lemon icing. However those aspects couldn’t save the dry crumbly cake. Felt like I needed to dunk them in milk to make it more palatable.
