Usually a 10 easily. Get Queso for my sauce. However, this night, the oil used for frying tasted rancid. Overall, not a great experience. Hoping it was just a fluke.

Turnips slightly cold & to be clear they are not fully cooked & have a slight horseradish flavor. Crust was amazing though butter crumbly & apricot sauce nice.

So many great things here but end result was bland. Grits weren’t detectably cheesy, shrimp & sauce bland even w/ peppers & sausage. No idea how this can be.

I could taste the achiote only slightly. The pineapple & bacon were nowhere to be found. Menu description sounded great, what I got was just ok.

Really liked the seasoning on the shrimp & the cheesy poblano cream sauce but the shrimp were quite fishy. Took what would have probably been an 8 down to a 5 for me.

Chocolate was excellent but peanut butter hardly had any taste at all. It needed salt maybe to make the chocolate & PB contrast a bit.

Was not authentic German in the least. Flavor of generic white bread, too fluffy. Even pretzel “flavor” was off. Not bad, but not what I was hoping for.

Their red salsa, served complimentary w/ chips, is ok. It's not particularly flavorful but does the job for free chips & salsa. A sprinkle of salt helps bring out subtle flavors.
