Recommend choosing lean end brisket & have ‘em fresh chop, on toasted Jalapeño Cheddar sour dough roll, w/ mayo & pickles. Needed no improvement at all to be pretty much perfect.

Brownie/cookie wasn't impressive. Generic flavor, a sad thin amount of PB. Very pretty & great for photos but just unfortunately lacking in richness, flavor, satisfaction.

As it comes; spicy. Probably drop spice level next time to enjoy other flavors. Pork was tender & flavorful & all atop a pile of yummy rice noodles. Might try again w/ tweaks.

Sweet Potato Waffle Fries!! Might get these next time to dip in the queso. Sweet/salty & very crunchy. Probably my go to side from now on.

OK, wow! Patty melts in your mouth, jam is DELICIOUS, Bacon was excellent suggested add on from staff, rings & jalapenos perfectly complemented & that TX toast was so buttery!

Not a lot of filling for puffed up size. But that didn't matter much bc filling was not very sweet, sour, or pineapple flavorful.

Best taco here IMO. Meat was moist and flavorful, just melts in your mouth. Surprised in general all their tacos are very plain. Meat on tortilla & nothing else.

Just a bit better than avg. Couldn't taste the pineapple at all, no tang, no zip. Meat was somewhat moist. Added salsas help.
