The pretzel pieces are a bit hard & remained so throughout. Great flavors all intermingling but wasn't keen on the hard pretzel bits.

With House Dressing - delicious. Love the tart tangy thick house vinaigrette with the crisp lettuce and chopped assorted meats. Provel cheese was the icing on the cake!

I do like Pecans & Caramel a lot. This was a pretty great balance. I think if Pecans had been roasted & salted this would have easily been a 10.

Their crispy Regular Bacon & Pineapple hits all the right notes. That salty bacon & sweet/tart pineapple just sing together. Couple with gooey Provel and it's perfection.
