Sauce is great, maybe a little more 'bite' to it than others. Chicken was very weird though, cubes were hard with odd texture. Maybe try another protein next time. - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

Lots of interesting flavors going on here. Almond shines brightest later on. Initial hit has to be all the other various spices. SUPER sweet though. Maybe cut w/ H2O next time? - Fritz (Austin, Texas)

SO good! Love the hint of Star Anise & the pickled Mango was amazingly AWESOME. Goat was ok, next time try Chicken or Shrimp instead - likely a perfect 10 then. NO Cilantro! - Fritz (Austin, Texas)
