Holy cow, this is so stupidly good. A very basic dessert but expertly executed. The cream base is just the best vanilla ever & the chocolate ganache heavenly.

Usually a 10 easily. Get Queso for the sauce. However, this night, the oil used for frying tasted rancid. Overall, not a great experience. Hoping it was just a fluke.

I could eat just this & chips for the whole meal & still walk away very happy. Creamy, salty, spicy, a little sour - really is just the perfect dip.
